Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Credit Control
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to work in the credit control function on behalf of a privately owned on property development and management business.
Duties of an Accounts Assistant
Management and reconciliation of ledgers.
Rent collection accounting.
Accurately maintain credit control system.
Brief management team on accounts related issues.
It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills;
Two-years Administrative experience.
Basic understanding of accounts system.
Competent with MS Office.
Organised by nature.
Desire to learn.
Diplomatic nature and communication skills.
