Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Additionally, you will focus on regenerating relationships with lost or low-spending customers, identifying opportunities to reignite their interest in their products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales within your portfolio.
* Identify and engage with lost or low-spending customers to regenerate interest and increase sales.
* Conduct regular account reviews and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
* Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the design or manufacturing industry.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
