SENIOR BARISTA NEEDED FOR A COFFEE SHOP IN WINDSOR

Join our family-run boutique coffee shop / bakery / brunch eatery as a skilled Senior Barista. Craft diverse beverages, train junior baristas, and oversee customer service during busy periods. Manage inventory and contribute to menu planning, creating enticing new drinks and promotions. Be part of an innovative team, where each cup tells a unique story in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

DUTIES
- Prepare various coffees, teas, and other hot beverages while also maintaining standards of quality.
- Oversee customer service during busy times and handle any arising issues efficiently.
- Be responsible for maintaining stock levels and placing orders for coffee supplies and other ingredients.
- Contribute to menu planning, introducing new drinks, and creating special promotions.
- Mentor and train new or junior staff members in coffee-making techniques and service standards.

WHAT IS ON OFFER
- £12.5 per hour
- Holiday including bank holiday
- Free meals on duty

WORK TIMES
- 5 days a week (including 1 weekend day)
- 42.5 working hours per week

REQUIREMENTS!
- YOU MUST have at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Barista able to make a variety of hot drinks
- YOU MUST have worked in well-known or up market establishments
- YOU MUST have be excellent hospitality & customer service skills
- YOU MUST have good reliable transport links to work
