As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a competitive annual salary between £38,000 - £40,000. As the Registered Manager, you will:
Prepare the home for opening in collaboration with the Assistant Director- Business Development and Regional Manager
Ensure the service is compliant with relevant Regulations and contractual requirements
Lead on managing KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to teams
Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centered and in line with the service model
Work with individuals with autism to help them strive for self-determination, independence, and choicePackage and Benefits:
