Signature Personnel Ltd are currently in the market for a business development consultant to join our internal team. Signature is a St Helens, Merseyside based recruitment agency, operating UK wide, supplying staffing solutions in the social care and manufacturing spaces.
We are a small company, about to hit our second year in business, and believe the time is right to upscale and develop our trading profile and client base. We are looking for someone with the right skills, who is wanting to grow and be rewarded equally throughout the journey, and to bring personality, method, and organisation to the team, with the following targets in mind...
* Customer Engagement - Relationship management with current clients.
* Lead Identification - Seek out suitable and potential new clients.
* Lead Generation - Collate relevant client contacts and engage.
* Client conversion - Win new contracts and maintain client relationships. (performance bonuses are based on client conversion success rates).
Duties will include in-person, email, and telephone sales, social media management, marketing, and client site visits etc. The role is 100% remote and on the road working, inclusive of paid fuel expenses and all relevant equipment to carry out the job effectively.
The ideal candidate must have a UK driving licence and own taxed and suitably insured vehicle. The fluent speaking and understanding of English is also essential, as is experience in a similar role with a proven track record in sales and client conversion.
The salary is set at £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience, with generous on target earnings (OTE) and commission
