The Role:
UK Customer Service/Incoming Sales Liaison Co-ordinator, the role provides potential to build lifelong relationships and friendships within the industry; and presents a daily opportunity to make a difference in the UK Marketplace.
All enquiries are inbound, predominantly via Email and also by phone, or personal Visitor when urgent.
Handling all interest and working closely with the Sales Team, Design, and Tech Support, providing quotations and solutions to enquiries. Processing purchase orders, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers, organising couriers, and giving lead time updates as and when required; offering alternatives when timeframes may be affected; through to final delivery.
Product Training and on-going updates will be provided as required with relation to new equipment releases.
