Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, East Midlands
Job Type: Permanent, full-time position Thursday to Monday
Primary Industry: Property and Real Estate, New Build Housing
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

An established housing developer based in the East Midlands is seeking an additional Sales Advisor to join a brand new development in Peterborough. With a strong pipeline of new sites, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression.
Job Duties:
Engage with potential buyers to showcase new build properties
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Manage and update property listings
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
Required Qualifications:
Experience in new build property sales
Demonstrated sales negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of property market trends
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of property sales processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Property Sales
Previous experience working in a real estate agency
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at the new development in Peterborough.
