We’re recruiting for an experienced Software Engineer. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, and Mitsubishi platforms to meet the unique automation requirements of their clients across diverse industries.
* Create robust SCADA systems using software such as Siemens WinCC and Rockwell FactoryTalk View to provide comprehensive monitoring and control solutions.
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project specifications, identify technical requirements, and deliver tailored automation solutions that exceed expectations.
* Troubleshoot and debug PLC and SCADA systems, utilizing your deep understanding of each platform's capabilities to resolve complex technical issues effectively.
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation systems to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams, sharing your expertise and empowering others to effectively utilize and maintain the implemented solutions.
* Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to evaluate and select components that best fit the requirements of each project, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing PLC and SCADA solutions using Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, and Mitsubishi technologies.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as STEP 7, TIA Portal, RSLogix, EcoStruxure Control Expert, and GX Works for PLC development.
* Strong understanding of SCADA software including WinCC, FactoryTalk View, EcoStruxure SCADA, and GOT for HMI development.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex automation challenges across multiple platforms.
* Experience working in a systems integration environment, with a track record of delivering successful projects within budget and schedule constraints.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for project meetings, installations, and support activities.
