Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well known not for profit organisation to recruit for a newly created Business Analysis Manager position on a permanent basis.
The Business Analysis Manager position will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high quality business analysis services to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the BA team to deliver and identify improvements across the business with tangible beenfits
Managing multiple stakeholders and delivering across multiple workstreams
Ensuring the delivery of focussed and quality BA services across the organisation via the use of robust processes, tools and methodologies
Producing performance metrics for Business Analysis across the organisation
Lead in building a culture of continious improvement and delivering operational efficiencies
What we are looking for:
Working experience of using problem-solving methodolgies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Agile etc
Strong business analysis skills and understanding of a business analysis role within software delivery lifecycle and businss transformation
Experience in a lead or senior business analyst role
Experience in management or team leadership
