Coleman James Ltd are working with our client, a leader within Engineering who specialise in large Engineering projects in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Clacton-on-Sea.
Duties:
* Working on large engineering projects.
* Assist in Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR.)
* Prepare estimates.
* Contract management.
* Supply chain management.
* Client interface.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong attention to detail skills.
* Ability to manage and make this role their own.
* Ability to work closely and manage subcontractors.
* Strong contract knowledge.
* Client interface skills.
