If so, a market leader in the Agrochemicals sector, are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join their team in the Lincolnshire area. This is a full time, permanent position and is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team of formulation, quality control and other specialists!
What are the responsbilities of the Laboratory Technician role?
Sampling, correct labelling andf quality control of incoming raw materials
Quality Control of intermediate and finished manufactured products
Documenting test results on LIMS software
Population of certificates of analysis
Production of commercial samples at request of sales team
Preparation of samples for external analysis
Assist with label approvals.
General laboratory housekeeping.
Who are they looking for?
Educated to A level standard in Chemistry
Have a good background understanding of Chemistry and experience working with complex mixtures is desirable.
Experience of working in a busy, industrial laboratory would be ideal, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Must have excellent communication skills, and to work well within a busy team. You must be able to work competently, and independently once training is complete.
The role requires good mathematical ability and computer literacy.
Excellent organisational skills are required, along with the ability to work to deadlines
