A well-established and highly respected Building and Civil Engineering company is looking to expand their team due to growth. They're currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer within the residential sector.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join a great team and take your career to the next level.
The successful Site Engineer will be working on residential projects involving extensive groundwork, therefore experience is a MUST
If you want to develop your experience and skills as a Site Engineer, this is a great opportunity, as full support will be given.
You will report to the Site Manager and receive support from their wider team.
YOUR NEW ROLE
*
Make sure that the setting out is done accurately - provide precise lines, levels and reference points
*
Successfully influence the progress on sites
*
Ensure programme deadlines are met
*
Reading and communicating construction drawings on-site for layouts and measurements for materials
*
Establish that all Health and Safety aspects are upheld throughout the projects on-site
*
Grow working relations with both clients and sub-contractors
ABOUT YOU
*
Hold a Degree in Construction Engineering and Management
*
MUST have a minimum of six years experience as a Site Engineer with groundworks on residential projects
*
Be able to work to deadlines
*
Self-motivated
*
Experienced in managing labour and materials
*
MUST have previous experience in Health and Safety responsibilities
*
Hold relevant site cards
*
Competent user of MS Office, Word and Excel
*
Hold a valid UK driving licence and open to travel within the local and Nottingham area
