Basic £25k + excellent commission structure with progression opportunities
RSW are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive for a permanent role with our client, specialist manufacturer based in Caldicot.
Working alongside established External Sales team:
Build, support and further develop business opportunities at allocated accounts.
Responsible for managing focused sales and marketing campaigns across chemical and food industry.
Aim to develop pipeline across identified business accounts.
Ensure pipeline progression is accurately recorded in CRM.
Prepare and present results in a coherent professional manner.
Conduct followup on marketing campaigns to progress leads.
Develop an allocated portfolio of accounts.
Delivery against agreed sales budgets and set KPIs.
Knowledge/Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (via the telephone and face to face)
Hardworking and ambitious
Resilience and determination to succeed.
Strong, dedicated team player
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships internally and externally
High standards of organisation and ability to multitask
Desirable:
Sales experience in chemical or food distribution
Ability to learn and convey technical concepts
Working knowledge of CRM
Degree in chemistry or business management
Commercial and negotiation skills
Bonus based on overall business performance + KPIs + individual objectives.
Working Hours
8.30am – 5pm Mon-Thu & 8.30am – 3pm Fri
