Your new role with Avicenna.

You will be our stand-alone marketing manager, Reporting into our Chief Operating officer. Your role is crucial in shaping the way Avicenna presents its products and services to the world you will be empowered to apply your expertise and knowledge, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Marketing process, in addition to this your responsibilities will fit into each of these categories aligning to The Avicenna Way:

* Develop Marketing strategies and plans.

* Understanding our audience.

* Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns

* Influence pricing strategies and overall brand awareness.

* Managing budget and resources

* Contribute to Avicenna’s long term business initiatives and goals.

* Build key business partnerships.

Your role is crucial in supporting Avicenna by leading the execution of marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish, You will play a key role in expanding our health services, ensuring patients, products and services are promoted in the right place at the right time to the right person, to enhance our overall healthcare brand and enhance our patient experience with Avicenna, Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* By analysing market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activities to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Avicenna’s company objectives.

* Utilise analytical tools for data driven decision making in online marketing such as social media, Search engine optimisation and pay per click.

* Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

* Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital and video assets.

We would love to meet someone with:

* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail.

* Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field – Desirable

* Knowledge of marketing automation tools and other MarTech tools.

* Experience of working across a multi-site organisation.
